For existing WAA resellers registering products sold and installed for an end customer. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email regarding this request.

Registration & support

Registration confirmation: WAA sends a registration confirmation after processing your details. If it has not arrived within two business days, contact support@wateranalytics.com.au.

Each machine is recorded separately, including additional products at the same address. Registration supports product records and service; it does not itself approve warranty coverage or activate Life Care.

Filter supply and benefits follow the accepted order and programme. POE 3 conditional lifetime cover is separate from Life Care. Independent retailers may offer WAA Life Care only under an expressly authorised written programme. Earlier accepted customer promises remain protected.
