A strong start for the whole system

Suspended particles add load to the filters that follow. SedriCore™ gives them a dedicated first stage: a network of polypropylene fibres that retains particles within the material as water passes through.

Filtration through the depth of the fibres

SedriCore™ combines a grooved outer profile with a porous fibre structure. The grooves shape the exposed surface, while particles are retained through the depth of the media. This helps reduce the sediment load reaching carbon and other specialist filters.

Choose the right rating for your home

A smaller micron number is only one part of the decision. The right cartridge balances particle capture, available pressure and household flow. Grooved and smooth polypropylene filters can both use depth filtration; the selected model’s specifications determine its capture rating and service requirements.
