These terms govern WAA consumer system sales, delivery, installation, product warranty and POE 3 conditional lifetime cover. They also contain the optional Life Care Pack terms in clauses C1 to C9. Your accepted order identifies the products, services and any Life Care Pack purchased. Separate filter and referral terms apply only where relevant.

Trading as Water Analytics Australia

Unit 1, 132 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155, Australia
These terms apply to new orders where supplied and accepted for the transaction. They do not retrospectively replace terms already accepted or remove an earlier warranty, paid entitlement or non-excludable right. Any change to an existing agreement requires an appropriate separately agreed variation.
The customer scope, protection of accepted or paid orders and exception for subscriptions under the previous charging model are set out in A2 and the Filter Change Package and Payment Terms.
A1 Who these terms apply to
We, us and WAA mean LIQI TRADING PTY LTD, ABN 34 622 587 437, trading as Water Analytics Australia. You means the customer named in the order. These sales terms apply when WAA is your seller, including when an authorised sales agent arranges a WAA contract.
Your accepted order identifies the products, price, delivery and installation scope, payment method and any Life Care Pack. A supply-only order excludes whole-house installation; any expressly included complimentary add-on installation follows A4 and the accepted scope. If an independent retailer sells under its own contract, that retailer is your seller. WAA product warranty support is described here and in the Reseller and Agent Warranty Registration Terms.
Specific written order details apply to the agreed commercial scope. Filter Change Package and Payment Terms govern filter packages, clauses C1 to C9 of this document govern optional Life Care benefits, and Referral Terms and Conditions govern referrals. Nothing in any document excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A2 Prices and order acceptance
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Included freight and any separately agreed delivery or installation charges will be shown before you accept the order. Replacement-filter standard freight is included as described in Filter Change Package and Payment Terms.
The accepted order fixes the agreed price and purchased entitlements. Later price changes apply to later orders and do not increase the price of an accepted order. A correction or variation affecting an accepted order must be agreed with you, subject to your legal rights.
The new filter pricing and calculation method apply to subsequent filter replacement orders for all new and existing customers. Customers already on a subscription under WAA's previous charging model continue at their original subscription price. Orders already accepted or paid for retain their agreed prices and are not retrospectively recalculated under this update.
The filter calculator is an estimate, not an accepted order, credit approval or payment agreement. An order is accepted when WAA confirms it in writing. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement.
A3 Payment for systems
You must pay according to the accepted order. Where a Brighte or humm 36-month payment plan is offered, it is subject to the provider's approval, separate agreement, eligibility requirements and disclosed fees. The order will identify the applicable payment plan price.
System finance is separate from the WAA 12-month filter repayment arrangement. The filter cancellation fee and filter late-payment provisions in Filter Change Package and Payment Terms do not apply to a whole-system finance contract.
Payment dates, any deposit and the balance due are stated in your accepted quote or order. A proposed payment surcharge must be disclosed before acceptance and permitted by law. Provider fees for a Brighte or humm payment plan are governed by the provider agreement supplied for that transaction.
If an amount due directly to WAA for a system is unpaid, WAA will give notice and discuss the account before taking proportionate lawful recovery action. The filter-specific $10 monthly fee does not apply automatically to system orders. Any recovery charge must have a lawful and disclosed basis; this clause does not create automatic acceleration or a right to enter premises.
A4 Delivery and installation
Please provide an accurate delivery address and tell us about access restrictions and relevant site conditions. Delivery and installation dates will be agreed or estimated at booking. We will tell you about a material delay and discuss an appropriate solution, without limiting your legal remedies.
Check deliveries and tell us promptly about missing, incorrect or damaged items. Reporting promptly helps us investigate; a short notification deadline does not automatically remove your consumer rights.
For WAA installation orders, the accepted quote defines the included work. If unexpected site work or additional costs arise, we will explain them and seek agreement before proceeding. If you do not agree and the installation cannot proceed as quoted, we will offer cancellation and refund the unperformed supply and installation affected by that issue, subject to any separately agreed, completed work and your legal rights.
For supply-only POE orders, you arrange a suitably licensed plumber for the whole-house installation. An accepted Under Sink RO 3 add-on ($700 including GST) or Electrical RO add-on ($990 including GST) includes a free 3-way mixer and free installation of that add-on within the accepted installation scope. Choosing supply only does not reduce either add-on price. Under Sink RO 3 requires POE whole-house prefiltration and cannot be sold or used independently. Standalone Electrical RO and Independent RO 6 use their separately quoted scope and installation instructions. Additional site work requires a separately accepted quote.
A5 Australian Consumer Law
The following statutory notices apply according to whether you purchase goods only or goods and services. WAA's express warranties are additional to these rights. A two-year warranty, registration requirement, maintenance condition or Life Care eligibility rule does not set a time limit on rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Goods only
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Goods and services
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
to cancel your service contract with us; and
to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
A6 Product warranty and conditional POE 3 lifetime cover
For a purchased system, WAA provides the original purchaser with a two-year express product warranty. For a WAA supply-and-install order, the two years start on actual installation completion. For a direct WAA supply-only order arranged for independent installation, they start on dispatch to the customer. Move-home gifted machines follow A10: a gifted POE carries the original remaining base term, while a gifted basic under-sink has its own 12-month term.
For a system purchased from an independent retailer that held wholesale stock, cover starts on the verified end-customer installation completion date, or on delivery to the end customer if installation is not required. Dispatch of stock from WAA to the retailer does not consume the end customer's warranty. Registration records the actual starting event; submitting registration late does not restart the period.
WAA-arranged installation carries a two-year workmanship warranty from installation completion. For an eligible POE 3, covered WAA workmanship continues during active conditional lifetime cover, whether or not Life Care was purchased. An independently contracted installer remains responsible for its own workmanship. Necessary remedial labour caused by a covered WAA product defect is assessed separately under A7.
POE 3 has a conditional lifetime warranty for its original purchaser, including direct supply-only customers, whether or not Life Care is purchased. POE 4 UV has a two-year express warranty and no Life Care option or lifetime extension. RO and Benchtop systems do not inherit POE cover. Earlier accepted contracts, including qualifying legacy RO 6 promises, remain governed by those agreements.
A7 Covered work and claim expenses
For a covered WAA warranty fault, cover includes replacement parts, necessary remedial labour and necessary transport. This scope applies during the initial warranty and eligible POE 3 conditional lifetime cover. Normal replacement of a used-up filter or UV lamp is maintenance, not a warranty repair; an actual defect in a consumable is assessed separately.
Contact WAA before arranging a non-urgent third-party inspection or repair. In regional areas, WAA may approve a local qualified repairer and reimburse agreed work. Current reference labour allowances are $150 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour. They may be adjusted to the actual job, location and reasonable quotation by agreement before the work. They are not an automatic cap on statutory remedies.
Send the approved quotation, itemised invoice, proof of payment and payment details to customer service for reimbursement. We will confirm the covered amount and payment arrangements. Reasonable emergency steps needed to prevent immediate injury or property damage will be assessed on their circumstances; advance approval requirements do not override consumer rights.
If investigation identifies an independent installation fault rather than a WAA product fault, responsibility rests with the responsible installer. We will explain the findings and any proposed non-warranty charges before you authorise chargeable work. A routine $200 filter service is separate from work covered by a warranty claim.
Where the cause of a fault is disputed, an appropriately qualified independent inspector, separate from WAA and the business that sold or installed the system, may be used by agreement. Tell WAA and obtain approval before commissioning a non-urgent inspection. If it establishes a WAA product defect, WAA pays the approved reasonable inspection costs, without limiting statutory reimbursement rights.
Where a covered repair or replacement requires an exchanged part to be surrendered, WAA will explain and arrange its collection. Parts replaced by WAA under that arrangement become WAA property when exchanged. We will not require disposal of evidence needed to resolve an outstanding claim.
A8 How to make a claim
Contact WAA on 02 8528 4645 or admin@wateranalytics.com.au, or write to Unit 1, 132 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155. Provide your name, order or other reasonable purchase evidence, product and serial number if available, installation or dispatch date, a description of the issue and relevant photographs or service records.
We will assess the issue, arrange reasonable inspection where needed, and explain the proposed remedy and timing. An original paper invoice is not the only acceptable purchase evidence. We will not reject a statutory claim simply because online registration was missed or a short reporting deadline has passed.
Do not send an installed system back without checking the safe removal and return arrangements with us. If there is a leak or electrical concern, stop use where safe and follow the isolation instructions for that model. Obtain urgent assistance if needed.
To investigate a claim we may reasonably request the seller and installer details, installation location, dates when the problem and any loss first occurred, when WAA was notified, and relevant operating or maintenance information. Please provide accurate information and let us know if a requested record is unavailable. There is no automatic forfeiture because a statement is not received within 28 days.
A pressure-limiting or check valve may need inspection where relevant to the fault. Do not remove it or ship it with a system unless the inspection plan specifically requires this and safe arrangements are agreed. A missing original invoice or unrelated valve is not an automatic reason to reject a statutory claim.
A9 Use and maintenance
For each POE 3 main filter, S2 and S3, replacement is due 12 calendar months after actual installation or first use, or that filter's last qualifying actual replacement. Each cycle allows a further six-month grace period, ending at the close of the date 18 calendar months after that starting date. S2 and S3 are assessed separately, even when normally changed together. Changing one does not reset the other. Source water, use or model instructions may require earlier replacement; the grace period is not a filter-performance guarantee.
For a supply-only machine, the first maintenance cycle follows actual installation or first use, even though the two-year base product warranty starts on dispatch. If the first-use date is missing or disputed, WAA reviews the available evidence before confirming the maintenance date.
Replace S1/PP normally every six months. A late PP change does not itself affect additional warranty eligibility. PP has its own record and never resets the S2 or S3 maintenance clock. A fault and its cause remain assessed under the applicable warranty terms.
For additional POE 3 conditional lifetime cover, obtain replacement main filters directly from WAA and actually complete the required maintenance. Keep the order and replacement details for the correct machine and components. Compatible unused prepaid stock qualifies. This purchase condition does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
If you make a timely, reasonable filter-release or service request before the applicable maintenance deadline, a WAA stock, dispatch or service delay will not by itself end your additional-cover eligibility. Contact us so we can record the cause, give safe interim instructions and agree a reasonable completion deadline.
Express warranty cover does not include normal wear, routine maintenance or damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation, unauthorised modification or failure to maintain the product. We will assess the cause rather than treating any unrelated change or use of another service provider as an automatic cancellation of all rights. Consumer guarantees continue to apply.
Plumbing work must be undertaken by an appropriately licensed plumber in accordance with applicable plumbing requirements and the approved model instructions. The installation must include the required pressure-limiting and backflow or dual-check protection. Observe the model pressure and water-temperature limits and protect the system against freezing, water hammer and external damage.
Maintain hygiene and carry out flushing or disinfection only using the instructions appropriate to the model, source water and site. After prolonged non-use, suspected contamination or a water-supply advisory, contact WAA or the relevant water authority for the applicable procedure. Do not apply a generic bypass or chemical-dosing procedure to every system.
Vandalism, unauthorised modifications, incompatible parts and external events such as fire, flooding or freezing may cause damage outside the express warranty. A decision will be based on the cause and the applicable product promise; these examples do not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
A10 Moving home and ownership
The original customer may apply to relocate their system and remaining compatible filter entitlements. A customer-appointed plumber must be licensed and notified to WAA for confirmation before the work. Customers with a purchased Life Care Pack may instead apply for its one-time move-home replacement under clause C5 of this document.
Relocation labour, installation and new-site alterations are separately quoted. POE 3 conditional lifetime cover belongs to the original purchaser. Life Care and that conditional cover do not transfer to a new homeowner. These commercial conditions do not exclude rights available under law.
A gifted replacement POE 3 carries only the unexpired remainder of the original machine's two-year base product warranty, measured from that original warranty start date. Replacement dispatch or installation does not restart the two years. The original customer's qualifying conditional lifetime cover continues under the maintenance rules, including any applicable WAA-approved eligibility review. A gifted basic under-sink RO instead has its own 12-month product warranty, starting on WAA installation completion where WAA installs it, or dispatch where the customer arranges installation. It has no extended warranty. Neither option resets used Life Care benefits or excludes statutory rights.
Relocation depends on lawful access, plumbing suitability and any owner, strata or other required approval. Apartments and shared-pipe installations require a site assessment; do not assume a relocation can proceed or that a standard relocation price applies. WAA will confirm whether it can undertake the work before booking.
A11 Cancellations and changes
The filter change-of-mind policy in Filter Change Package and Payment Terms is specific to replacement filters. Request a system cancellation or variation promptly. The $50 filter fee is not a system cancellation fee. Installation or use of a system makes it ineligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return; this does not prevent a statutory cancellation or remedy.
Any statutory cooling-off rights, including those applicable to unsolicited consumer agreements, remain available. The relevant notices and cancellation process will be supplied where required. Fault-related remedies are not reduced by a change-of-mind fee.
For an accepted voluntary change-of-mind cancellation of a system order before dispatch, or an accepted return of unopened, uninstalled and unused system goods, the restocking or cancellation fee is 15% of the accepted selling price of the affected goods. It also applies before dispatch. WAA does not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns once goods have been opened, installed or used. Request approval before returning goods; WAA will confirm the return condition, freight arrangements and refund calculation in writing. This fee does not apply to statutory cooling-off or faulty-goods remedies, WAA's inability to supply, or cancellation of unperformed work under A4 after an additional-work variation is declined. It does not replace the separate filter cancellation policy. Any separately agreed service already performed is itemised separately, without double charging for the same item.
A12 Existing agreements and disputes
These terms apply to new orders where supplied and accepted for the transaction. They do not retrospectively replace terms already accepted or remove an earlier warranty, paid entitlement or non-excludable right. Any change to an existing agreement requires an appropriate separately agreed variation.
For subsequent filter replacement orders, the separate pricing and transition provisions in A2 apply, including continued original pricing for customers already subscribed under the previous charging model.
Please contact customer service first so we can investigate a concern. You may also approach the relevant state or territory consumer agency or a competent tribunal or court. Nothing requires you to surrender rights under laws that apply in your location. A term that cannot lawfully operate does not remove the remaining lawful terms.
A13 Risk ownership and care of goods
WAA is responsible for delivery of goods to the agreed delivery point. After confirmed delivery, you are responsible for taking reasonable care of them. This does not shift responsibility for transport damage before delivery, pre-existing defects, WAA-caused damage or statutory delivery obligations. There is no separate seven-day transfer-of-risk period.
Ownership remains with WAA until the price of those goods is fully paid, subject to the applicable finance or payment agreement and law. Take reasonable care of identifiable unpaid goods. Do not dispose of or grant a security interest over them in a way that defeats lawful ownership rights. This does not prohibit the agreed installation or use of filters supplied under a repayment order.
These terms do not give WAA permission to enter property, disconnect installed equipment or seize goods without consent or lawful authority. Any enforcement must follow the applicable legal process. No blanket obligation to insure goods for WAA or to surrender unrelated property is imposed by this clause.
A14 Delays outside reasonable control
If an event outside reasonable control disrupts supply or service, including a material electricity, banking, transport or postal interruption, WAA will notify you where practicable, take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and provide an updated plan. This does not permit indefinite delay or remove a remedy available by law for unperformed supply. We will discuss cancellation or another appropriate solution if performance cannot reasonably be completed.
A15 Information and general contract rules
Personal information is handled under the separate WAA Privacy Policy. Purchasing or registering a system is not blanket consent for unrelated marketing. The Marketing Disclaimer explains product information and estimates; it does not override an express promise or consumer right.
The accepted order, these terms and the relevant additional terms supplied with it record the agreement. Please ask for material scope changes or sales promises to be recorded in writing. This wording does not erase a legally binding representation merely because it was verbal.
A failure or delay to exercise a right does not by itself waive that right. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, only the affected part is severed so far as possible. New South Wales law governs to the extent compatible with mandatory laws that apply to the transaction; you may use a competent court, tribunal or consumer agency available under those laws. No exclusive NSW venue is imposed on a consumer whose applicable rights provide another forum.
A16 Product expectations before purchase
An anti-scale option, where supplied, may help reduce scale but does not guarantee elimination. Standard sediment and carbon filtration does not perform like reverse osmosis and should not be expected to reduce total dissolved solids. A TDS reading is not, by itself, a test of drinking-water safety or every contaminant.
Pressure and flow depend on the site, incoming pressure, pipework, model and maintenance. Pre-existing low pressure or irrigation arrangements may need assessment or separately agreed work. Do not rely on a universal promise that flow will be unchanged.
WAA does not represent ordinary unfiltered utility water as inherently unsafe. Check the local utility or health authority for applicable Australian drinking-water information and any current advisory. Personal taste or comfort preferences do not establish a health risk. The separate Marketing Disclaimer explains assessments, product claims and testimonials.
A17 Replacement records and eligibility reviews
Buying or receiving two or three filter sets does not immediately grant two or three years of extended warranty. Eligibility follows the actual maintenance of the registered machine. Compatible prepaid filters already held by WAA or properly stored at your home can be used when due; a new purchase each year is not required for those unused filters.
Record the actual replacement date and keep reasonable evidence, such as dated photographs, your replacement record, the WAA purchase record or a service invoice. When WAA makes customer App replacement Activities available, complete the Activity after fitting the filters, using the actual replacement date. Until that facility is available, submit records to WAA customer service. An Activity records maintenance; clicking it does not itself replace a filter or create cover inconsistent with the actual history.
Record S2 and S3 on their actual replacement dates, using the same date only when they were changed together. The date you submit a record is separate from the date you changed the filter. WAA may verify conflicting or backdated records and will explain any correction affecting your eligibility.
If records show that S2 or S3 was replaced within its deadline but the replacement was reported late or an App Activity was not activated, WAA will review the evidence and correct the record. A reporting omission alone is not an actual late replacement and does not automatically interrupt otherwise valid cover.
If a main filter was actually replaced after its applicable 18-month deadline, additional conditional lifetime cover is not automatically maintained or reinstated. Contact WAA for a case-by-case review. WAA may approve restoration, including where filters had already been purchased but the customer forgot to fit them. WAA may request purchase and maintenance evidence, photographs, necessary replacement or an appropriate inspection to assess the system and the cause of any fault.
WAA will explain the decision and, if restoration is approved, confirm its effective date and any reasonable maintenance conditions in writing. Buying filters or later completing an Activity alone does not guarantee restoration or retrospective cover for a fault arising during a lapse. Actual replacement dates remain accurate. Covered faults, basic warranty, accepted earlier promises and Australian Consumer Law rights are assessed separately. Any proposed charge for a non-warranty inspection requires your agreement before the work.
A18 Online sales codes
Eligible standalone Independent RO 6, Hydrogen Benchtop, Sparkling Benchtop, Ice Making Benchtop and Electrical RO units may receive 5% off the unit price through WAA Shopify cash checkout using a valid code supplied by a WAA sales representative. The code does not discount a mixer, installation, filters, POE systems or POE add-on offers. POE and POE plus add-on purchases require an enquiry and accepted proposal. Installed Independent RO 6 and Electrical RO offers include the required 3-way mixer. Your accepted order identifies the actual model, inclusions and price.
Life Care Pack
Life Care is an optional paid pack for an eligible POE 3 system and its original customer. It provides three benefits: one free Stage 1 PP filter every six months, one $200 POU product credit with no expiry, and one approved move-home replacement. POE 3 conditional lifetime warranty applies independently of this pack.
Clauses C1 to C9 form part of these Consumer Terms and apply only to a purchased, eligible Life Care Pack. The general warranty and consumer-rights provisions above also apply.
C1 Eligible customers and systems
Life Care must be purchased with the eligible POE 3 system and identified in the accepted WAA order. It is not available for later purchase by a WAA retail customer. Direct supply-only and authorised-agent sales under a WAA customer contract can include it. It is not available for POE 4 UV, standalone RO or Benchtop systems.
Once purchased, the pack cannot be cancelled or refunded merely because you change your mind, whether or not benefits have been used. This does not limit statutory cooling-off rights, remedies for a failure to supply the promised benefits, or other rights that cannot be excluded.
An independent retailer may offer WAA Life Care only where WAA has expressly authorised that programme in writing and the pack is registered and activated under that arrangement. The specific accepted programme identifies the seller and who administers benefits. This exception does not allow ordinary WAA retail customers to buy Life Care later, or allow a retailer to invent WAA-funded benefits. RO and Benchtop machines do not gain POE warranty cover through a pack or a combined filter order.
Life Care benefits are additional to consumer rights. POE 3 conditional lifetime warranty does not require purchase of Life Care. POE 4 UV retains two-year express cover. Base warranty starts follow clause A6 of this document.
C2 Free Stage 1 sediment filters
For the eligible registered POE 3, the original Life Care customer is entitled to one replacement Stage 1 PP sediment filter every six months for the lifetime of that system. The benefit follows an approved move or replacement POE for the same customer under C5. It is one filter per six-month entitlement, not unlimited collection.
While the account's free-delivery eligibility is verified against the applicable POE 3 maintenance requirements, WAA arranges six-monthly PP dispatch and pays standard delivery. If free-delivery eligibility is inactive or awaiting verification, the original customer can still collect one PP filter free from a nominated WAA warehouse every six months. Contact WAA to arrange collection. A paid filter package's included freight is a separate entitlement.
This is a PP filter benefit, not a free installation or call-out. It does not provide unlimited additional PP filters between the six-monthly entitlements. A PP component already supplied through the scheduled entitlement is not supplied a second time for the same entitlement merely because a package lists PP at $0.
C3 Warranty and maintenance are separate from the pack
POE 3 conditional lifetime warranty is available to its original purchaser with or without Life Care. Clauses A6 to A9 and A17 explain cover, actual replacement requirements, evidence, WAA delay protection and discretionary eligibility reviews. Life Care is not a purchase of extra warranty years. POE 4 UV retains its own two-year cover and has no Life Care option.
PP is normally replaced every six months. Late PP replacement alone does not end additional POE 3 warranty eligibility and does not reset either main-filter maintenance period.
Main-filter replacements used to maintain additional POE 3 cover must be obtained directly from WAA. Record the actual replacements through customer service or a WAA customer App when available; an omitted registration or an actual late change is reviewed under clause A17.
If you make a timely, reasonable filter-release or service request before the applicable maintenance deadline, a WAA stock, dispatch or service delay will not by itself end your additional-cover eligibility. Contact us so we can record the cause, give safe interim instructions and agree a reasonable completion deadline.
C4 The one time product credit
The pack includes one $200 WAA credit with no expiry for a later eligible POU system purchase, including an eligible standalone under-sink RO or Benchtop machine. It can be used for either property and for an eligible POU already receiving a POE add-on price. It cannot be used for a POE system. Where an eligible standalone online unit has a valid sales-rep code, apply the 5% unit discount first and then the credit. A $1,290 Hydrogen Benchtop would cost $1,225.50 after the code and $1,025.50 after the $200 credit. The 5% code cannot be added to a POE add-on price.
The credit cannot pay for replacement filters, standalone installation or service, and cannot be exchanged for cash. It must be unused and verified when the order is accepted. It can be redeemed once only. If the eligible purchase value is less than $200, the credit is limited to that value and the unused balance is forfeited.
If a purchase using the credit qualifies for cancellation or refund, the cash refund is limited to the refundable amount actually paid. WAA restores the credit entitlement used for that refunded purchase, rather than refunding the credit in cash or issuing an additional entitlement. A restoration following reversal is not a second credit. Buying for yourself, with or without a sales code or credit, is not a qualifying self-referral.
C5 The one time move home replacement
Each Life Care Pack permits one approved move-home replacement for the original customer. Apply to WAA by email or telephone before arranging supply or installation. Provide reasonable evidence of the genuine move, new address and installation conditions. WAA may request an appropriate address document, a photograph of the existing system and its serial number, and photographs of the new installation area; redact unrelated personal information. Choose either a matching bare POE system or an eligible basic under-sink RO, not both. A suitable house may also choose the under-sink alternative.
The replacement POE is the same model as the original or a WAA-selected successor of at least equivalent specification. The gift is a bare machine. You must purchase a matching new filter set at the public online price or use a compatible unused set already purchased directly from WAA. Qualifying unused prepaid filters may be held by WAA or already delivered and properly stored at your home. WAA checks compatibility and your actual maintenance history; having unused filters does not by itself establish that earlier maintenance occurred.
WAA pays standard freight within Australia for the approved replacement POE or basic under-sink machine. Installation, removal of the old system and additional site work are not included. The current indicative price for WAA installation of a replacement POE is $1,100 including GST at an eligible Metro site without additional work. It is subject to site assessment and an accepted quote, not a fixed nationwide price. You may instead arrange your own licensed plumber, with prior WAA notification and confirmation; WAA installation is not compulsory.
The replacement continues the original Life Care record and consumes its one move-home gift. It does not create a fresh $200 credit or a second gifted machine. Leaving the old machine with a new homeowner does not transfer Life Care or the original customer's conditional lifetime warranty to that person. PP is a POE benefit: it does not become free under-sink filters, and it does not continue for a machine now owned by another person.
The under-sink alternative is a WAA-approved non-electric six-stage RO or basic electric RO. Hot/cold and sparkling machines are excluded. The first filter set and standard freight within Australia are included. Later replacement filters and installation are paid separately. The gifted under-sink machine has a 12-month product warranty and no extended warranty.
The gifted basic under-sink RO includes an ordinary dedicated filtered-water tap. A 3-way mixer is not included in this gift; any requested upgrade requires a separately accepted quote. Installation is separately charged, even though the first filter set and ordinary tap are included.
You may instead ask to relocate your existing machine. WAA must confirm suitability and licensed-plumber arrangements before the work. Removal, relocation and installation are separately quoted and are not a free moving service. A relocation request is distinct from claiming the one-time replacement gift.
Compatible unused prepaid POE filters may be used at the new address, including filters already at your home. POE filters do not automatically exchange for POU filters or become a cash credit. If compatibility changes, contact WAA to agree the handling of any unused supply under the relevant filter terms.
C6 Records and benefit requests
Contact WAA to check or claim benefits and to correct an account record. Provide the original order, registered machine details and reasonable evidence relevant to the request. WAA will verify the unused entitlement and explain its decision. An account display does not unilaterally change agreed terms.
Maintenance records, PP supply, product credit, move-home benefits and referrals are assessed separately. A move-home replacement is not a new retail sale or qualifying referral. Correcting a pack omitted from an order record is different from buying a pack later; the original accepted order must support the correction.
C7 Gifted product warranty and claim expenses
WAA is the warranty provider identified on the first page. The gifted POE 3 and gifted basic under-sink machine have the cover and start dates stated in C5. Other machines retain their own product warranties. Claims and necessary expenses follow clauses A7 and A8 and the procedures below.
Contact WAA on 02 8528 4645 or admin@wateranalytics.com.au, or write to Unit 1, 132 Bannister Road, Canning Vale WA 6155. Provide reasonable purchase evidence, the machine and serial number if available, relevant dates, symptoms and available maintenance records. We will assess the claim, arrange inspection where necessary and explain the remedy and timing.
Covered faults include necessary parts, remedial labour and transport, during base and eligible POE 3 lifetime cover. WAA workmanship follows the applicable covered period; an independent installer is responsible for its own defects. Approved regional repair reference allowances are $150 for the first hour and $80 for each additional hour, adjustable by prior agreement for the actual job and location.
Contact WAA before non-urgent third-party work. Submit an approved quotation, itemised invoice and proof of payment to request reimbursement. Reasonable urgent steps to prevent harm will be assessed on their circumstances. Ordinary exhausted filters, routine service and separately quoted relocation are not free warranty work. These procedures and allowances do not cap or remove statutory remedies.
C8 Consumer guarantees
The Australian Consumer Law notices and protections in A5 apply to the Life Care Pack and products and services supplied under it. Nothing in C1 to C9 limits those rights.
C9 Existing packs and enquiries
These terms apply to new orders where supplied and accepted for the transaction. They do not retrospectively replace terms already accepted or remove an earlier warranty, paid entitlement or non-excludable right. Any change to an existing agreement requires an appropriate separately agreed variation.
Please contact WAA to correct a record, request a benefit or raise a complaint. We will consider relevant evidence and explain the outcome. You may also contact a competent consumer agency, tribunal or court. Updating these terms does not remove benefits already accepted under an earlier agreement.
