This notice explains WAA product information, free consultations, promotional claims and filter-calculator estimates. It applies to our website, brochures, social media, advertising, emails and related material. It does not override a specific accepted promise or a consumer right.

G1 Product information and performance
Our website and marketing explain WAA products and their intended use. Product performance depends on the model, source water, installation, operating conditions, use and maintenance. Read the specifications and instructions for the particular product.
Whole-house sediment and carbon filtration should not be assumed to remove dissolved solids or perform like reverse osmosis. General statements about filtration do not mean every model removes every contaminant. Model-specific performance and certification claims apply only to the scope actually stated for that model.
Product information is not personal medical advice. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise the same outcome for everyone. Nothing in this notice withdraws an express product promise, permits misleading claims or limits consumer rights.
Where an anti-scale cartridge is selected, scale reduction is not a guarantee of complete scale elimination. Dissolved-solids readings, taste, hardness, flow and contaminant reduction are different measures. Incoming pressure, irrigation and plumbing configuration can affect flow; an assessment may identify extra work.
WAA does not represent ordinary utility-supplied water as inherently unsafe or dangerous. Local utility and health-authority advice, including any current boil-water or contamination notice, takes priority over a sales demonstration. For personal health concerns seek advice from a qualified health professional.
Read and follow the product's use and safety instructions. Results vary with actual conditions and individual preferences. A claim about one model, tested cartridge or certification does not establish the same claim for every WAA system. No disclaimer cures an unsupported health, performance or certification claim.
G2 Free on site consultations
Where available, WAA offers a free on-site consultation for addresses within approximately 20 km of the relevant showroom, subject to booking confirmation, staff availability and site suitability. Coverage and availability may change for future bookings. The consultation is primarily to discuss needs and check installation conditions; it is not a guaranteed laboratory water test.
Depending on the tools available to the representative on the day, a consultation may include basic non-laboratory demonstrations such as test strips, TDS readings or a chlorine check. No particular test, tool or result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed for the booking. These checks do not establish that water is safe or unsafe to drink.
The agreed consultation is free. Any separately proposed laboratory test, installation or other paid work requires an explained and accepted quote. A change to future promotional availability does not retrospectively add a charge to an accepted free consultation.
G3 Understanding the filter calculator
The new filter pricing and calculation method apply from 1 March 2026 to subsequent filter replacement orders for all new and existing customers. Customers already on a subscription under WAA's previous charging model continue at their original subscription price. Orders already accepted or paid for retain their agreed prices and are not retrospectively recalculated under this update.
The public filter checker helps you compare individual filters and packages for selected machines. It is available at wateranalytics.com.au/filtercalculator. Amounts are estimates in AUD including GST and standard filter freight; optional on-site service is additional.
Per set or estimated yearly cost describes the cost of one listed set, not guaranteed annual expenditure or an automatically renewing subscription. PP may be required twice a year, and heavy usage or water conditions may require earlier changes. The order lists the actual components and quantities.
A two-set or three-set upfront offer requires payment for all those sets, even when the larger displayed amount is the per-set cost. The full total is shown separately. A repayment amount is a monthly payment estimate for a fixed order, not a pay-as-you-go service that ends merely by stopping use.
Life Care pricing requires an eligible POE 3 account. Its three benefits are six-monthly free PP, one $200 POU product credit and one approved move-home replacement. POE 3 conditional lifetime warranty is separate and follows actual maintenance, not the number of prepaid sets. POE 4 UV has two-year cover and no Life Care option. An accepted order controls the actual transaction price and items. If an estimate is incorrect before an order is accepted, we will explain the correction so you can decide whether to proceed. We do not retrospectively change an accepted price through a calculator update.
G4 Testimonials external links and intellectual property
Testimonials describe genuine individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results for another household. Relevant incentives or material connections should be disclosed with a testimonial where required. A general notice does not override a specific product promise.
External links are provided for convenience. Other websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and WAA does not control their content. A link is not, by itself, a WAA endorsement or a transfer of WAA obligations.
WAA marketing content is owned by WAA or used with the relevant owner's permission and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use information to assess or operate a purchased product and as otherwise permitted by law. Commercial copying, republication or use of WAA branding requires appropriate permission.
G5 Consumer rights updates and contact
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes guarantees, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, withdraws an express promise, or makes a misleading statement acceptable. The Consumer Terms and Conditions and the accepted order govern sales; the Filter Change terms govern purchased filter packages.
WAA may update this notice for future materials and offers. Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order or remove existing rights. New South Wales law applies subject to mandatory applicable laws and access to a competent consumer agency, court or tribunal.

G6 UV quantities and online offers
A POE 4 UV estimated annual replacement set includes two WAA 48W UV lamps for a 53 mm chamber, currently $140 including GST per lamp. Both are shipped with the set and fitted one at a time, normally six months apart. Advertised 5% sales-code offers apply only to eligible standalone units and require a valid code supplied by a WAA sales representative. They do not discount mixers, installation, filters or POE add-on offers. POE online enquiries are not direct-checkout sales. An eligible unused Life Care credit can be used after the 5% unit discount; self-purchases do not earn referral rewards. Actual order and programme terms apply.
