Find the whole-house bypass guide and instructions for isolating your under-sink filtration supply.
Whole-house system: turn off or bypass
Follow the WAA demonstration for the valve arrangement shown. If your installation looks different, contact support before changing valve positions.
Under-sink system: isolate the supply
Locate the filtration feed
Look under the sink for the cold-water line and the T-junction with a white tube feeding the filtration system.
Identify the correct valve
Check the valve against your installation instructions. Valve orientation varies between installations. If you cannot identify it, contact WAA support or your installer.
Turn off and check
Close the dedicated filtration feed valve according to the instructions for your installation, then briefly open the filtered-water tap to release residual pressure and confirm the supply has stopped.
If the system is leaking
Isolate the affected system if you can do so safely. Note the location of the leak and contact support. Keep photos available to help the team assess the issue.
