Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all residents of Australia aged 18 and over.

• One entry per household.

• Entrants must live within 70km of the place of entry.

• Employees and immediate families of the promoter and associated agencies are not eligible.

Entry Period and Draw Dates

• Entry period commences on January 1, 2024.

• Entries accepted from January 1, 2024 to last Thursday of June.

• Draws are scheduled on the  last Friday of June.

• The final draw is on the last Friday of June.

Eligibility for Participants

• Purchasing Customers: Automatically eligible for all draws. No separate registration required.

• Non-Purchasing Registrants: Only eligible for the nearest upcoming draw. Entries do not roll over to subsequent draws.

Draw and Winner Selection

• Draws held at Water Analytics head office, 8B Ambitious Link, Bibra Lake WA 6163.

• Winners drawn randomly on the draw dates.

• Prize winners from each draw are not eligible for future draws within the same year.

Prize Details

• Full home water filtration system with a standard sink tap.

• Must be redeemed within 3 months of the draw date.

• Non-redeemable for cash.

• Transferable with written agreement approved by Water Analytics.

Privacy and Marketing

• Information provided used for marketing by Water Analytics and related companies.

• Entrants consent to being contacted for this competition and related information.

​

Winner Notification and Publicity

• Winners notified in accordance with applicable legislation.

• Results displayed on Water Analytics' Facebook page.

• Winners agree to the use of their photographs, names, and statements for promotional purposes.

Other Terms

• Judges' decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.
