Fair Pricing Assurance: WAA's No.1 Reseller Policy

​To foster a better business environment and establish a virtuous cycle within the reseller system, WAA rigorously controls the entry of resellers. Therefore, all resellers are mandated to strictly adhere to the WAA recommended retail pricing to uphold a healthy market pricing system for end users. All forms of advertising, quotations, and invoicing to end users (public) must be in compliance with the WAA Recommended Retail Price (RRP) system and cannot be lower than the set rates. This approach ensures fairness and maintains market stability, benefiting both the resellers and the end users by providing clear expectations and consistent pricing.

  • Eligibility: This program is exclusively for customers of WAA-approved resellers.

  • Installation and Registration Timeline: The installation date and the warranty registration date must not exceed 60 days.

  • Site Registration Limit: A site cannot be registered multiple times.

  • Information Usage Consent: Resellers authorize WAA to use customer information for business-related contacts, such as filter change reminders and services, but not limited to these activities.

  • Lifetime Free Sediment Filter& Warranty Extension: Eligible for a free sediment filter every six months, with WAA covering shipping costs as long as the customer maintains a valid warranty, To extend the warranty for an additional 18 months, a customer must spend a minimum of $330 every 18 months. WAA all products standard product warranty is 2 years including [FHWR-3S1-20] WAA Full House Healthy Water V2 .

  • Warranty Coverage: WAA's warranty covers only product quality issues and does not include installation or plumbing products not provided by WAA.

  • End User Referral Program Exclusion: This type of project does not qualify for WAA's End User Referral Program; responsibility stay with the Reseller.
