Referral Cash Back Bonus

• Eligibility: Only existing customers who have purchased from the WAA are eligible to refer people under this program.

• Participating in the "Refer Friends and Families" Program implies acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below:

Referral Policy:

• A successful referral is defined as any referral made by you, where the referred customer purchases and fully pays for a whole house filtration system (FHWR-3S1-20 system is installed) or an Independent 6 Stages RO system, with the system delivered and installed (if applicable).

• The referral will not be considered eligible if the referred person is already on WAA's database and has been contacted within the last 12 months.

• The referral will not be considered eligible if the referred person is already an existing customer of WAA. The "referred by" section on the sales contract will be used as the final decision evidence in case of any dispute.

• If you provide details of a referral, it is your responsibility to ensure that the referred person has been notified and has given consent for WAA to reach out to them.

• As the referrer, you will be eligible to receive a cash back reward of $390 for each successful referred installation/sale of a whole house filtration system (FHWR-3S1-20) or $120 for each successful referred installation/sale of an Independent 6 Stages RO system. Alternatively, WAA may, at its discretion, provide similar benefits such as free filters at a similar recommended retail price (RRP).

• This cashback may be applied to a WAA prepaid E-gift card instead of being transferred into your nominated bank account.

• It is your responsibility as the referrer to contact WAA and claim your bonus. The referral bonus is only valid for up to 6 months from the completion of each newly referred installation.

[POE 3 Stage Whole House System (FHWR-3S1-20) Only] - Lifetime Complimentary Sediment (1st Stage) Filter Terms and Conditions

• The complimentary 20*4.5 inches first-stage PP filter can be claimed once every six months. And it's only for customers who installed the POE 3 stage whole house system. Please note that postage fees may apply for delivery if the customer is out of warranty. Alternatively, customers can opt for cost-free pick up at our office.

Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

• POE 3 Stage Whole House System (FHWR-3S1-20): The Extended 18-Month Warranty becomes effective when the customer incurs expenses exceeding $330 on filter replacements with WAA within each 18-month period.

• Independent 6 Stages RO system: The Extended 12-Month Warranty becomes effective when the customer incurs expenses exceeding $220 on filter replacements with WAA within each 12-month period.
